About the event

A two-day workshop from Integrated Performance for coaches/trainers who want to get a deeper understanding of principle-driven assessment methods and how to incorporate them into their coaching practice for better client results, retention and referrals.
During the weekend we will cover:
• principle-based movement assessment
• strength quality testing
• force:velocity profiling
• breathing mechanics and assessment
• respiratory strength training
• Smo2 physiological testing
• client-centric communication and cueing strategies
• principles of exercise selection
• and more…
The goal of the weekend is to help provide a principle-driven framework of assessment that will allow you to systematically assess any client and make a meaningful difference.
All attendees will receive preread materials, a printed course manual and certificate of attendance.

0930 – 1030: Underpinning principles (theory)
1030 – 1040: Break
1040 – 1120: Breathing mechanics, assessment & implications
1100 – 1200: Breathing Assessment and Programming considerations (practical)
1230 – 1330: Lunch
1330 – 1500: Client archetyping, client-centric communication, program design and cueing (theory & practical)
1500 – 1630: Principles & practical of multi-planar movement assessment
1630 – 1700: Wrap Up & Q&A

1000 – 1115: Force:Velocity Profiling Theory & Application
1115 – 1230: Smo2 Assessment Practical
